  1.  Your information is used to send you relevant real estate market data as well as listings, homes currently on the market, comparable homes to your current home, recently sold homes, and any other real estate based information if specifically requested. You may opt-out of receiving information such as the information provided above at any time by replying to the email directly. 
  2. We will not provide or sell your information to other third party companies to use without your permission (unless part of a valid subpoena or court order). This means that the only communications you will receive based of the information we collect will be from Charles Wall Realty.

  1. This website is not designed for use by children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 and would like to browse this website, please do so with proper parental guidance. 
  2. Changes to Privacy Policy: If any changes to this document occur, they will be promptly posted to this website on our “Privacy Policy” page, accessible at the bottom of any page in the website in the footer section. Any such changes will be effective immediately after posting.

  1. Based on our legitimate interests (i.e., interest in the analysis, optimization, and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO), we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the users are usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

  5. The IP address submitted by the user’s browser will not be merged with other data provided by Google.
